Plan 1 – Two Payments

Deposit: 50% required at booking.
Final Payment: Full balance is due three (2) months before the start date of the trip.

Plan 2 – Monthly Payments

Eligibility: Available if the trip is at least 4 months away for domestic trips or 6 months away for international trips.
Deposit: 25% required at booking.
Monthly Payments: Remaining balance will be divided into monthly installments.
Final Payment: Due two (2) months before the start date for domestic trips, or three (3) months before for international trips.
Service Fee: There is a $50 fee to use this option, as it requires additional management by our team.

Late Payments and Fees

Grace Period: A 7-day grace period is provided for due dates.
Late Fees: Payments more than 14 days late will incur a $25/week fee. We will make every effort to contact you before this fee is applied.
Cancellation Policy: Payments overdue by more than 30 days may result in trip cancellation with no refund.
